The group meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7pm in the Village Hall. We encourage any lover of history and Galena to come and join the organization.
The Historical Foundation also participates in several events throughout the year including the Galena Fall Gathering and the Christmas Tree Lighting Festivities.
The museum is in the bottom floor of the Village Hall and is open to the public on the first and third Saturdays of each month from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The museum is not open during the months of January and February.
