Dear Village of Galena Sewer Customer,
We are writing to inform you of a billing issue that affected the most recent water bill, for one or more or your accounts, dated April 2, 2025.
Due to a configuration error in Del-Co Water Company’s billing system, sewer charges were not generated or included in your April statement. We sincerely apologize for this oversight.
To correct this, a separate statement for sewer charges only will be issued on April 9, 2025, with a due date of April 29, 2025. This will ensure your account reflects accurate billing for sewer services.
